HONO
Created by celebrated avant-garde director Lemi Ponifaso, Tame and his mokopuna (grandchild), Te Rangi Moaho Iti, come together in a spoken word performance on the Ātea, within the folds of Te Ope Tumatuma. Through this medium, these indigenous men weave connections between language and identity, and navigate the bonds of oppression and resistance, demonstrating just how vital a part art can play in our national discourses.
